There is no set number of sessions needed to see results. It will depend on your goals and your body composition. Some clients work with us for several weeks, while others have been with us for over a year. Just like with diet and exercise, maintaining your lifestyle is the key to lasting physical change. Pairing a healthy and balanced lifestyle can yield permanent results. We are here to help you create a plan for how you will maintain your body sculpting results outside of your sessions. We will provide you with before and after instructions that include staying hydrated and active.
It is important to remember that everyone is different and that your body will work according to your unique metabolism. Some notice a difference after just one session, while others only begin to notice after the third or fourth.
Most clients will have a noticeable reduction in their measurements after the very first treatment. The amount loss averages around 1-2 inches, however some have recorded 4 inches. The process of fat removal continues for up to seven days after each treatment so unusual to see a further decrease a day or two after your initial treatment.
The service is tailored to the individual, but generally averages between an hour to an hour and fourty five minutes, including consultation and measurements.
